Together they bring a wealth of experience in engineering, fabricating and integrating partial and complete aquaculture solutions. Being second generation aquaculture experts, AquaMaof's management has a field proven record in developing complete product lines and scaling the technology to small or large industrial projects.

David has over twenty years of professional experience in project design, construction and project management, in top level positions in the market.

Yoav Dagan, Director of International Sales

A founding member of AquaMaof, Yoav was raised in Kibutz Lavi as a second generation aquaculture expert. Upon completion of his finance & management studies in Boston in 1989, Yoav established AquaMaof Technologies (formerly known as Maof) . Yoav initially set up an outdoor aqua farm specializing in warm water fish species. In 1992 he created a business partnership with Nitai Goldman. Together they expanded AquaMaof's core business to create a vertical operation comprising of in-house research and development, equipment manufacturing and production lines.

Nitai Goldman, Director of Local Sales

Goldman, like Yoav was born on Kibutz Lavi and shared an agricultural background with Yoav. In 1992 Nitai joined AquaMaof as Yoav's business partner. His technical background contributed to the formation of manufacturing side of AquaMaof industries. Together Nitai and Yoav began to custom engineer, fabricate and integrate aquaculture systems.
