Together they bring a wealth of experience in engineering, fabricating and integrating partial and complete aquaculture solutions. Being second generation aquaculture experts, AquaMaof's management has a field proven record in developing complete product lines and scaling the technology to small or large industrial projects.

Eran Grunwald, CEO

Eran has over twenty years of professional experience in manufacturing and mechanical development, project design, construction and project management, in top level positions in the market. Eran is graduate of the prestigious Technion Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.

Yoav Dagan, Director of International Sales

A founding member of AquaMaof Technologies, Yoav was raised in Kibutz Lavi as a second generation aquaculture expert. Upon completion of his finance & management studies in Boston in 1989, Yoav established AquaMaof Technologies (formerly known as Maof) . Yoav initially set up an outdoor aqua farm specializing in warm water fish species. In 1992 he created a business partnership with Nitai Goldman. Together they expanded AquaMaof's core business to create a vertical operation comprising of in-house research and development, equipment manufacturing and production lines.

Nitai Goldman, Director of Local Sales

Goldman, like Yoav was born on Kibutz Lavi and shared an agricultural background with Yoav. In 1992 Nitai joined AquaMaof Technologies as Yoav's business partner. His technical background contributed to the formation of manufacturing side of AquaMaof industries. Together Nitai and Yoav began to custom engineer, fabricate and integrate aquaculture systems.

David Cherkes, Technical Director

Mr. Cherkes is one of the founders of Hermon PRC Technology Ltd. (sister company to AquaMaof) . A mechanical engineer by training David features over 30 years of experience in the field of Aquaculture machinery design & manufacturing. David has developed machinery for application in the food processing industry as well as & a scaling and gutting machine based on water jets operation.
