Whereas other systems require duplication to scale up production, resulting in additional expenses and installations, AquaMaof optimal scale systems enable you to vary production capacity according to customer and market needs, without making changes to the existing treatment systems, adding extra treatment units or systems, or changing existing components. The optimal scalability of the systems enables to cost-effectively scale up production at your RAS facility.
AquaMaof’s optimally-designed specialized settling system, biofilter and other systems can efficiently handle different scales of production, maintaining a constant water flow through the system, keeping up with the required capacity, and separating suspended solids. In most traditional RAS systems, solids are separated in a drum filter system at a given volume, with the entire technology design being built around these pre-defined capabilities. With AquaMaof technology, the settlers are carefully designed to the optimal size to meet operational needs, without the need to add or duplicate additional units. So, AquaMaof’s settling system enables continuous water treatment of the highest standards, while saving energy and preventing suspended solids, sediments, or waste particles from returning to the water supply.
